It all started in January 2016 with a single Apple Mac, a coffee machine and a burning desire to build a truly great place to work.

There were 4 of us when we opened the doors and four years later, we’ve grown to 31 and counting. The early days were challenging. It was dark outside; the rain was lashing against the window of our small West Bridgford office and the phone wasn’t ringing. But we’re proud to say that everyone who was with us on day 1 is still with us today.

    From our hub in the centre of Nottingham we specialise in six key industries: Accounting & Finance, HR, IT & Tech, Marketing, Office Support, and Supply Chain & Procurement. Given our central location and continued investment in state-of-the-art technology, we are well placed to support clients and candidates across the East Midlands and beyond.

    Our average length of service in recruitment is over 5 years, with a number of our consultants having well over 15 years of experience.
