I recent got my new job through Distinct and they were really great. My recruitment agent, Becky was and is fantastic. She kept me updated on my progress and checked in on me after I started the role. They also helped make my first day welcoming and memorable. Thank you Distinct.

I had been told that Distinct were different from other recruiters but hadn’t realised quite how “Distinct” they really are until I used them. That was now a number of years ago and after a number of placements through them, I count myself as a huge fan of what they do. Their pace, knowledge (across disciplines) and genuine passion makes them a highly enjoyable organisation to work with. In terms of their success: I have given them a number of tough missions over the last few years and they have smashed every one. Can’t say fairer than that.

Becky placed me in my last interim contract. A lot of recruiters will ignore you unless they have a live vacancy but Distinct are responsive and friendly even when there's nothing suitable at the time.

Becky is always an absolute pleasure to talk to and interact with. She goes out of her way to make sure you know as much as possible about each role & listens to your needs first. Other agencies see you as a sale or a number, whereas Distinct are very personable and seem to genuinely care about where they are placing an individual. They are transparent & open throughout and will update you each time they can. Keep doing what you're doing guys! One of the only agencies I'll use and interact with!

Becky helped me with every aspect of the role and allowed me to prepare to a very high standard. Most impressed. I felt that there was constant contact and you were never left to wonder. There was honesty about the role, and I wasn’t sold something different. It was a great experience and I would be happy to use Distinct services again as an employer and employee.

Becky has been friendly and professional throughout my time with Distinct. Friendly and straight to the point over email and phone, which from my experience is what both clients and customers would prefer. Clare Sheehan was also extremely helpful when it came to help with my annual leave allowance.

Distinct is more focused on understanding your strengths and weaknesses when discussing potential roles. They support you with background information about the company, as well as providing 121 guidance for interviews. This I feel sets them apart from other agencies as they genuinely care, you're not just another candidate!

They seem to genuinely care about their candidates and working to find the right people for their clients. They try and get a real understanding of the organisation.

Distinct acts as a true collaborative partner with an extremely personable and professional approach both during and after the recruitment process for clients and candidates. If you do enter the realms of world domination (and you would deserve it!) please don’t change your relationship-based model!
