As Account Director you’ll be joining this full-service Digital Agency and straight away managing their largest accounts. There won’t be any line management in this position, but you will be a leading figure within the team so really need to know your stuff!
The agency you’re joining are a really successful family-run business in the heart of Leicester’s cultural quarter, close to the city centre and a weekly street food market. You’ll be an integral part of a close-knit team in a beautiful office environment, think bare brick walls and bean bags.
Your focus will be to forge strong relationships with the company’s key clients, you’ll need to be confident when discussing web, mobile, social media, paid advertising, SEO, understanding how they all work together to form a digital strategy.
You’ll be heavily involved in taking briefs, strategy meetings and offering digital solutions to businesses across a variety of different sectors. You’ll need to have experience managing agency retainers and be commercially minded when revenue forecasting.
It’s essential that you have experience in an Account Management role within a digital agency.
