KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing and ordering stock
Reception duties
Organising travel and director diaries
Preparing minutes for monthly meetings
Assisting with Purchase ledger posting & Credit Control
Assisting with bids and tenders
Helping to organise events
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Creating content for social media
ABOUT YOU:
You will have a solid admin background similar to the above with a friendly, motivated, positive and outgoing personality. Your skills will include accuracy and great attention to detail
