This is an opportunity to join an instantly recognisable Nottingham based retail brand as an Assistant Marketing Manager to assist with a successful customer loyalty scheme.

You will own the end to end delivery of a quarterly mailer, a key strategic channel to deliver personalised offers to millions of loyal customers each year so this position will have a focus on offline marketing via the mailer but linking into a broader strategy to drive more customers online.

You will work closely with creative agencies, data analytics teams, trading category partners, finance teams and excellent opportunities to engage with key senior stakeholders across the business.

To deliver the quarterly mailers, you will work with the commercial and data insights team to develop the best programme of targeted offers to keep loyal customers engaged, working to include exciting new brands and really step changing the overall approach.

You will own the creative development of the quarterly mailer, working closely with the creative agency to deliver stand out marketing communications and monitor the results and propose brilliant optimisations.

You will work in both print and digital, developing a programme of emails to support the quarterly mailer, and looking at how the business can move more of their customers to digital channels.

The successful candidate will ideally already have a strong marketing background, with experience of print and/or digital marketing. You will have a solid grounding in using data to inform your campaigns and make optimisations and an understanding of promotions/offers and how to deliver mass personalisation at scale would be desirable.

Strong communication skills will be required to help with relationship building with internal stakeholders and external agency partners and this role would suit a fast learner with an appetite to develop new skills.
