- “I miss nipping round to your Mum’s on a Sunday afternoon”
- “I’m looking forward to a day trip to Meadowhall”
- “ I miss watching Chesterfield draw 0-0 at home to Dover”
- “I’d give anything to be stuck on the M1 at 7pm, with still an hour to go until I get home”
Some things you never thought you'd say to your other half (but then lockdown happened).
OK, that last one is nonsense. You’d have to be a lunatic or service station enthusiast to want to spend any more time than necessary on that road.
We can see the light at the end of the tunnel, so are you thinking about getting back to your “normal”?
If “normal” for you is getting home late from another Audit miles away from home, it doesn’t have to be that way.
There’s a firm in Leicester that’s looking for an Audit and Accounts Assistant Manager. The role is weighted towards the latter and all of the Audits are local to Leicester so there’ll be no hikes up and down the M1. It’s a flexible hour culture too, where you will be finished at 5:30pm most days. You could even finish at 4:30pm if you’re more of an early bird.
These guys are growing too so you’ll have opportunity to progress. But first and foremost you’ll need to get those exams out of the way. You’ll get full study support to do this.
