To oversee the regular giving fund raising team. To analyse and identify areas for improvements.
You will have 4 direct reports:-
- Lead Marketing Manager
- Membership Business Development Manager
- Product Manager
- Recruitment Trainer
Using the tools available to you, you will be responsible for achieving income and regular supporter growth targets though a variety of marketing and recruitment campaigns using membership products.
- Ability to demonstrate experience within marketing / fundraising, ideally with knowledge of donor acquisition.
- Experience of financial management including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence and the ability to undertake travel across the UK when required
