Searching for a varied role where you can get involved with a high performing B2C brand across a range of promotional campaigns? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

You will be joining a small team of 3 and be a crucial part of the wider Marketing team who are at the forefront of the market and have built a fun and inclusive culture. This will initially be a hybrid role, working both at home and in the Nottingham office.

The purpose of the Campaign Manager job will be to manage cross-channel promotional campaigns.You will be generating promotional briefs and working with a team of copywriters and designers to deliver the required lead generation collateral. This will include direct response TV adverts, Royal Mail leaflets, Home Interest and National Press inserts, brochures, mail order adverts, promotional emails and website banner copy for each individual campaign.

You will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including the Web team, Social team, and Design team and a range of external partners and suppliers (including creative and design agencies and printers). You will therefore be someone who relates well to people at all levels and naturally builds good relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

Your organisation and project management skills will ensure the campaigns are aligned cross-channel, tailored to the audience, on brand, come within budget and delivered on time. So this will be a busy role, however extremely rewarding when it all comes together. As all lead generation activity is meticulously measured, you should be comfortable working with analysis, data and numbers because providing updates to the wider Marketing team on how campaigns are performing is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns in a busy fast paced deadline driven marketing function. Project planning skills will be essential including timeline and budgetary control plans and experience managing external agencies. Good copywriting and numeracy skills will be important because you will need to be comfortable with campaign analysis. Some understanding of print buying and print processes for brochures would also be an advantage.
