This is a brilliant opportunity for a Strategic Content Manager to join an instantly recognisable Leicestershire based Retailer and work with some iconic global brands!
You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall company's content strategy and managing a team for the creation and production of online and offline marketing content. This role is critical to the success of their marketing strategy and the engagement of their brands.
We are looking for someone highly motivated with strong attention to detail and who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Your content experience needs to be multi-disciplined, ensuring every piece of content is considered for all customer touchpoints whether that be creating videos for YouTube, posts for social media, content for emails / CRM, editorial for their client guides or PR and Corporate comms.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, Brand Managers and the wider marketing team, along with e-commerce, Buying and Merchandising and external agencies to ensure a joined-up approach and apply consistency and expertise.
The Content Manager will also work closely with other departments within the company to identify and understand areas of opportunity to further improve engagement with their customers through content strategy.
