This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Marketing or Brand Manager to join a hugely successful multinational manufacturing/construction company located on the Nottingham/Leicester border. This is a flexible employer so there will be opportunity to work from home but you would also be expected to visit the office for key meetings (roughly twice a week).
Managing a small team of three, the Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing the overall brand purpose and brand vision to life, for the strategic planning and then the brand and communications implementation to ensure the brand resonates with target customers and is demonstrated through value based measurement.
You will be responsible for the preparation of the corporate marketing plan and designing strategic marketing activities to promote the corporate brand to customers to differentiate from the competition and ensure amplification of the brand is consistent and impactful.
Corporate market research will be key and your team will p erform analysis year-round via desk-based and primary customer research to ascertain a barometer of the Brand with target customer types. You will also be r esponsible for corporate level competitor research on the brand customer value proposition.
You will have overall responsibility for the management and development of the customer value proposition in partnership with the lead marketing agency. You will look at how the value proposition, brand purpose, brand vision and brand values are brought to life in all external brand communications, and for liaising with colleagues to ensure the alignment of internal brand communications. This will cover the suite of corporate marketing assets and collateral including a corporate brochure, corporate presentation, corporate video etc.
You will work alongside the Head of Design to align on how the value proposition, brand purpose, brand vision and brand values are brought to life in all visual, design brand communications and for the direction and management of key corporate marketing campaigns. This will also include m anaging the overall future plan for website development.
As you can see this is a hugely varied role, however candidates will be considered from all sectors. We need a strong all-rounder who has a background in brand, brand development and line and agency management.
