Cash Collection in any business is always a key area and they’re looking for someone to join who will lead, motivate and drive the 4 credit controllers who you’ll oversea, reporting directly into the Credit Manager
The team work well but they always strive to do more. You’ll be setting their monthly/yearly targets and managing their performance through 121’s.
You’ll be passionate about Credit Control so much so you’re developing your career down the management route & to help you along the way are completing (or it's definitely in the pipeline for you to start) CICM.
You’ll be a forward-thinking individual keen to get involved in more than just the day today debt collection and management including wider projects. That maybe to improve processes or you might be interested in having an input on the new ERP system being introduced.
