The business has been going from strength to strength since coming out the pandemic and they’re now looking for an additional head to work with the Credit Manager.
The focus will predominantly be across credit control, around 60% with the rest of the time spent on billing, clearing up queries and getting everything up to date.
Experience wise you'll need to have a strong background in credit control having the confidence to take ownership of this area, putting people on stop when needed and having strong communication skills liaising with a number of people across the business.
This role also encompasses the billing aspect too so ideally you'll have strength on both areas but if you're looking to move from credit control into a more varied role there will be training to bring your billing knowledge up to speed.
With the team being small there won’t be much progression in terms of study but the longer-term plans with offer you a lot of growth. The manager is wanting to make the team more intertwined, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn the purchase ledger side being able flit between the two and support during holidays etc.
