We are looking for a customer care advisor to join a large organisation based in Ruddington.
This role is for a minimum of 2 months
What you will be doing.
This role will entail
• Sending out confirmations and invoices to customers.
• Dealing with email enquires from customers
• Responding to emails / forwarding to the correct department
• General mailbox clearing including picking up enquires via email
So…What do you need to be successful?
You will need to have experience within a previous Customer service / Administrative role.
You must be able to us MS Office.
You must have a real passion for wanting to help the customers and be an all round adaptable person who is willing to muck in with all tasks.
This role is a Monday to Friday role, 9am til 5pm 100% office based, in their offices in Ruddington.
