Due to growth and funding, our Client are seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager based in their centre in North London where flexible WFH and office work is offered. |Seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team on a full time, permanent contract, located within our Support Centre in the outskirts of North-West London. This is a perfect opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive looking to take the next step in their career and make this role your own, as our client expands their digital footprint, you will be ready to hit the ground running but also have the opportunity to work closely and learn from the agencies that support them. You will strive to build strong relationships and engage with all stakeholders to ensure their ideas are led forward positively with your expertise. We are looking for hands on experience in updating and improving a dynamic website.|
Own and manage the company website, including the creation and build of assets, pages and tracking links for all web pages.
Own and manage the company Intranet site; including internal promotion and projects to drive engagement Promote and encourage use of the website and intranet site internally.
Own and manage the Careers website; including the management of internal stakeholders and the project management of developments and enhancements.
New client acquisition: responsible for digital elements of the marketing integration of new practices including the naming convention and the website domains.
Work with DAC/Filter to provide informative web insight and analytics and manage the outputs to ensure that the websites remain fresh, exciting and engaging to clients.
SEO – ensure that the Medivet website is fully optimised
Paid search: support the Head of Communications in the delivery of a PPC plan that supports the business objectives
Paid Media: support the Head of Communications in the delivery of a PPC and Paid Social plan that supports the business objectives
Contribute to the digital aspect of Marketing programmes to develop and improve on clients’ digital journey.
Work with external suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the companys Digital footprint are consistent and engaging.
Manage, support and develop the Digital Marketing Executive and all website related activity/objectives.
Support the Marketing function with the monitoring and answering of emails in the Marketing inboxes and telephone calls.
Support the management of the marketing budget.
Ad hoc organisation of team meetings events, functions.
Be aware of the need to obtain positive pet stories that can be used in social media and on the company website and work with the practices to source these.
To support (on a rota basis) the management of Marketing inboxes and social channels outside of business hours. (Weekend objective: 1 weekend per month)
|Skills and experience|
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, Webmaster tools etc.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and conversion principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and prioritise tasks and projects.
Self motivated with strong communication skills.
Committed to digital excellence.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
Team player with a foresight to anticipate issues and set priorities.
