This brand is ahead of their competitors in the field... YOU are being hired to keep it that way. This brand is looking for a Digital Merchandise Manager to be able to coordinate product management, enhance customer experience and suggest trend strategies to stay ahead of the game.
If you prioritise customer experience at the heart of all-things ecommerce with a background in retail.... This job is for you. In this niche role you will oversee the product management to influence customer experience and increase inbound sales. But does the user experience stop there? No. This brand is looking for someone obsessed with user experience and the psychology behind that.
With that strategy in mind, google analytics will be at the forefront to ensuring targets are met through customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all team KPIs are met through sales margins vs target and profitability. You will be responsible for the increase in conversion rate through smooth customer experience. Which ultimately contribute to personal KPIs consisting of: Web sales and margin vs budget; category channel sales increase and category growth vs competitors.
It will be your soul responsibility to own the online promotional activity across all channels. This will include craft, management and implementation of all promotions. This will involve liaising with the sales team to promote brand specific online only deals. You will be key to all home page banner promotional recommendations in new product campaign promotions during specific periods. This will coincide with the Digital Trading Manager and marketing teams to deliver all online marketing campaigns.
A typical week will involve price matching, competitor benchmarking, identifying trends in customer behaviour and in data from a variety of sources such as Google Analytics. This position will also co-ordinate and provide support for trading & marketing, warehouse and stock teams as required solving and troubleshooting to ensure all channels run smoothly and effectively.
