Project Managment skills are the mainly the key here.
The role of an Email Marketing Executive here sits within the Marketing and CRM team. You will be pursuing new opportunities and improve retention rates. The main goal is to add value to the customer base.
This is very much a doing role. You will be hands on the entire time, focusing on managing the email marketing schedule. Acting as a main point of contact for email marketing activity. Reporting on results of those glorious email campaigns you have set up. Basically, the full works. Being able to provide clear communication and instruction to your internal colleagues will also be key. So, you probably have a great set of project management skills.
The business you will be working for have really gone from strength to strength. Considering they are a retailer who have had to really knuckle down with on their online offering. They have really had a strong time and because of that, that’s why they are growing their email marketing and CRM team.
They feel there’s no better time to continue the good work they have been doing. Ensuring their current customer base is looked after.
