I'm looking to speak with experienced and passionate ER professionals who have tried and tested experience working busy and high volume caseloads in a commercial environment for 3 positions (yes, THREE) a well known employer on the boarder of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, are passionate about what they do, and want to work within a supportive business which will enable them to grow and develop. 

The business is a well known and highly successful within it's industry, consistently embracing their own responsibility and due to excessive growth throughout the COVID-19 pandemic they are now looking to bring on 3 additional heads into the ER team, it is imperative that any applicant have exposure to a high volume of ER cases of varying complexity. On top of this, your responsibilities will include; 

  • Providing comprehensive advice on Employee Relations situations

  • Advising, guiding and supporting Managers

  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are met and sound employee relations are facilitated and promoted

  • HR policy and procedure interpretation

  • Employment legislation

  • TUPE in/out detailed managements

  • Terms and conditions of employment

  • Recruitment and selection

  • Absence management

  • Grievance,

  • Disciplinary and termination management

  • Remuneration and benefits,

  • Health, safety and welfare

  • Performance management issues
