The business is a well known and highly successful within it's industry, consistently embracing their own responsibility and due to excessive growth throughout the COVID-19 pandemic they are now looking to bring on 3 additional heads into the ER team, it is imperative that any applicant have exposure to a high volume of ER cases of varying complexity. On top of this, your responsibilities will include;
Providing comprehensive advice on Employee Relations situations
Advising, guiding and supporting Managers
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are met and sound employee relations are facilitated and promoted
HR policy and procedure interpretation
TUPE in/out detailed managements
Terms and conditions of employment
Recruitment and selection
Disciplinary and termination management
Remuneration and benefits,
Health, safety and welfare
Performance management issues
