This is to work for a well-established brand over the next 3 months to support in their finance function
It’s a busy transitional time for this organisation so they’re looking for some extra support within one of their finance teams.
Due to restrictions this role will be fully working from home for the most apart from a few days for induction. ** the office is open if you'd prefer to go in a few days a week**
About you –
- The main aspects of this role will involve you dealing with email queries from suppliers and internal departments ensuring the smooth a quick turnaround.
- You’ll be liaising with offshore teams to allocate invoices and expenses. (If you have experience of overseas teams that would be an added benefit)
- Building relationships will also play a key part in performing this role successfully as well and ensure timely resolutions of queries relating to invoices
Skills needed –
- Finance admin experience is essential in purchase ledger and/or sales ledger
- Experience working in a larger organisation/shared service would be highly desirable
- SAP experience would be highly beneficial
