You’re a true Business Partner, the idea of sitting behind the desk all day crunching numbers worries you.

Here you’ll have a manager who:

1. Won’t micro-manage you. He’ll let you get on with things. He’ll support when needed but then get out of your way when not required too.
2. Will help you build your brand internally; he’ll push you to lead meetings with senior stakeholders up to Director level

In his eyes, the role is 75% commercial right now, with a view to it being 100% commercial within the year.

In the role you will touch all areas of the business supporting stakeholders in marketing, IT, HR and procurement.

The position could suit someone from practice if you can demonstrate excellent commercial acumen. Or, it could suit someone from a commercial position in industry, likely in a bigger company or PE style business.

The Role:

• Drive relationships with stakeholders across a variety of business areas to support commercial performance
• Development of financial models and analytical insights
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes
• Commercial analysis and review into results making recommendations to drive performance
• KPI analysis and reporting
• Provision of first class business partnering support with Director level stakeholders

CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
