Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage administrative functions focussing on Business Administration, Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Operational Support (including quotes, invoicing, general administration, and compliance) This is a varied, interesting, and pivotal role for the business, and you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the business.


  • Run payroll using Xero
  • Compile, pay and manage credits and invoices using Xero
  • Produce customer quotations
  • Book, control and reconcile expenses and travel
  • Booking vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Organise and book training
  • Develop proposal documents and quotes
  • Running project reports
  • Chasing overdue payments
  • Ensure the business is compliant (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001)


  • This role would suit an IT savvy person, including Xero and Excel
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic
  • Strong organisational skills
