This is an opportunity for strong operational digital marketing professional to join a large international business who offer a variety of healthcare related products, services and solutions. This is a remote role reporting to the Head of Global Digital Marketing and will be mainly responsible for executing the day-to-day digital marketing activities and initiatives including online advertising, website management, demand generation, SEO, social media and more.

This will be a varied position because this organisation operate in over 100 countries however you will have plenty of experienced support in-house and via external agencies.

Key responsibilities will include maintaining the web properties and executing web projects with content updates and developing acquisition sites and landing pages etc. You will serve as an online advertising expert and consult product marketing, regional marketing teams and demand teams to optimise campaigns and programs. You will also manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company and its products and perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization of dynamic search, remarketing.

The measurement and reporting on performance of all digital marketing initiatives will be important including assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) and using digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to recommend how to optimise digital marketing spend.

This opportunity would suit candidates with experience leading and managing digital marketing efforts including online advertising, SEO/SEM, and/or social media. Experience managing multiple web properties with technical skills covering UI/UX, systems integration and web development would be highly advantageous. Other technical skills that would help include A/B and multivariate experiments and optimising spend and marketing automation platforms such as Pardot or HubSpot.

You will have a naturally analytical skill set with a leadership voice and the ability to influence because you will be managing multiple projects in a fast-paced global environment.
