OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

This position will play a key role supporting the sales department, supporting the commercial day to day operations, assisting with maintaining client relationships, creating sales proposals and quotations. Also assisting with sales admin and helping to drive sales team to achieve targets.

DUTIES

• Creation of sales quotes and proposals
• Client liaison on behalf of account managers in response to queries and requests
• Operational support with key accounts
• Generating sales reports and data analysis
• Using Act! CRM system to report data
• Sales order processing and financial administration

KEY SKILLS

• IT savvy including Excel and CRM systems
• Proven written English skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proven background within a busy and high pressure setting
• Degree 2:1 or higher
