This is an opportunity to work with one of the most exciting Private Equity Backed companies within the UK at the moment. 18 months ago they brought in a new CEO whose primary focus was to grow and develop the business whilst exploring avenues for further growth and maximising their value as a company. Because they have acquired a number of business' over the course of the past 18 months they are really keen to bring in a Head of Engineering to lead the replatforming of these teams and to bring everyone together onto the same tech, frameworks and platforms. They also want this person to focus on growing the culture within the development team and to be an inspiring leader that can motivate and help people to work collaboratively.

There needs to be a real emphasis on the people and making sure that they retain the talent. As well as being a really rewarding role is will also be a very lucrative position for the right person. They will pay up to 150k which will include a 10% bonus and also the opportunity to take on some equity within the business that they anticipate being a huge sum of money in the next 18-24 months.
