We are seeking an ambitious, talented and motivated HR Administration to join a highly successful team within an engaging business in Milton Keynes. The business in question tie together a range of experience and skills across all departments, creating a culture of collaboration that lends itself to providing a dedicated service to their sector that has allowed them to become the market leaders in what they do. The role itself will very closely support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR support across the business, duties and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to; 

  • HR administration, filing and archiving
  • Benefits administration including enrolling staff into the benefits scheme and responding to benefits-related queries
  • Employee onboarding including supporting the recruitment and selection process, carrying out pre-employment checks, preparing offer letters.
  • Employee offboarding including final pay calculations, preparing letters and administering exit interviews
  • HR monitoring (e.g. fixed term contracts, probationary periods, temporary contractual changes, secondments)
  • Liaising closely with payroll team providing them with all information relating to changes in T’s and C’s, starters, leavers, maternity, paternity and absences.
  • Supporting in the processing of the monthly payroll for the staff in Europe.
  • Supporting the calculation and processing of statutory payments including maternity, paternity, SSP
  • Providing information needed to support claims including earnings
  • BST timesheet administration including completing timesheets for absent employees
  • Assisting employees with pay-related queries.

The successful applicant is likely to have between 6 months and 2 years worth of practical HR Administration experience, however if you are a HR Graduate or someone looking for an entry level HR position i would still love to hear from you. The role is fantastic for individuals who are looking to start off their career, or for someone who is looking for an increase in current responsibilities.
