Do you have experience of ER case management, L&D support and Recruitment?

Distinct Recruitment are delighted to be partnering an organisation just north of Manchester to recruit for a HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC. The role is working for a recognisable brand who partner some of the countries most loved and well known brands. The business are offering a salary of up to £38,000 per annum plus a bonus, generous pension and 25 days holiday (plus bank holiday).

Due to the nature of the organisation this position will be office based. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will be responsible for:

-       Playing an active role in supporting key managers with ER case management

-       Upskilling and coaching management with HR and ER issues

-       Support the HR Manager with employee engagement surveys

-       Act as the first point of contact from a HR perspective for all onsite staff

-       Updating and reviewing policies and procedures

-       Supporting with the roll out and delivery of training and development, including management training, onboarding new staff, inductions etc

-       Identifying and supporting the development of key HR initiatives

-       Taking ownership for ER case management

-       Provide advice and support to line managers with low complexity ER cases

-       Support hiring managers with recruitment and talent needs

-       Ensure full compliance to employment law and internal policies

-       Ad hoc duties when required

The ideal HR Advisor will:

-       Be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards Level 5 status (although level 3 would be considered)

-       Have experience of ER case management

-       Have exposure to L&D and upskilling line management with regards to their HR understanding

-       Be a strong communicator

-       Be able to commute to an area just north of Manchester

-       Ideally be available on a short notice

-       MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ONSITE

The HR Advisor will be based out of the organisations site to the North of Manchester where they will work in a fast paced, active working environment. Candidates and applicants must be happy to work in the office on a permanent basis as the role is to manage and cover the site.
