We are currently looking for a HR business partner to join a fantastic and innovative business in Central Milton Keynes. Our talented, highly qualified line managers and employees are supported by a high-performing, friendly HR team and we are seeking an experienced HR professional to join them. You will partner with several teams and their leaders to develop the people aspects of their business units. As a crucial part of the HR team and the wider business it is important to have experience in some of the following listed responsibilities:

  • Working closely with HR leads and HR colleagues to deliver the HR plan in line with business priorities, with a focus on employee engagement and an open feedback culture
  • Coaching and building the capability of line managers to anticipate and pre-empt issues, including facilitating the delivery of effective feedback and performance management
  • Being the point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing expert advice, problem-solving and excellent client service on all aspects of HR practice throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Providing support and advice on operational matters, including payroll, reward and HR systems
  • Work closely with a wider HR team to challenge and improve existing processes and to deliver business-critical HR projects
  • Supporting the development of the HR team, including training, coaching and knowledge-sharing

We are looking for candidates that have experience with most or all of the above experience, the successful applicant is likely to hold a CIPD qualification of level 5 or higher, 3 or more years of Business Partnering experience, have a high level of discretion and integrity and be able to communicate efficiently and clearly to employees of all levels and abilities across the business. You will have a collaborative working style and have an excellent track record of developing line managers and employees understanding of HR practices and employment law. 

This is a fantastic opportunity with a flexible business who offer a highly supportive working environment, the role itself is looking to pay between £38,000 and £44,000 based in Central Milton Keynes.
