Are you an experienced HR Business Partner seeking your next role? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced and exciting organisation. Joining an established HR team as a HR Business Partner you’ll be the strategic partner to the site leadership team.

Partnering with senior leadership to develop and lead the people strategy along with the wider HR team on site. You’ll be involved in the entire length and breadth of HR from: from Employee engagement projects to organisational design, Performance Management and some ad hoc project work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Alongside the HR Director, develop and lead the People strategy for the organisation ensuring you achieve the business objectives and align to the HR plan
  • Line management responsibility for the HR shared service team
  • Deliver transactional and transformational people activities to drive business performance and process improvement
  • Support the business with the management and development of their people, identifying individual and collective development needs, providing advice and ad-hoc training
  • Performance Management, Development and Talent Management with robust succession planning
  • Lead activities to recognise and increase levels of employee engagement
  • Coach and support the Leadership team
  • Support and drive senior leadership team in prioritising several key strategic initiatives
  • Support the Executive team to drive effective organisational design
  • Facilitate annual and ad-hoc reward and recognition interventions including annual benchmarking
  • Lead on HR projects, undertake a change agent role and manage HR projects as part of a broader program and culture change, Employee Engagement, Organisational design, Performance Management

What you’ll be:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Line Management experience
  • Having proven partnering to the senior leadership team is essential
  • Assertive with good communication skills and the ability to demonstrate experience in influencing within a hierarchy of levels
  • Ability to interpret data and engage stakeholders to make informed decisions and deliver business focused solutions
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Experience of adapting, leading and/or supporting teams through change
  • Driving license and ability to travel to multiple sites
