Headcount is around 150, with a growth agenda but as you can imagine the most important items on the people plan are recruitment, onboarding, engagement and comms. Leading others, there is an exceptional HR Manager reporting into this role who is doing the do on all the great work around people, policy and process. Your priority will be working with the Senior Leadership team shaping the employee value proposition, designing a best in class onboarding process and delivering a masterclass on internal comms.
Arguably and often the case but so important in this one is your style. We’re looking for a confident communicator, able to enthuse and engage others especially some who haven’t yet worked with a people lead before. Able to have fun, this business are already doing some great things (free lunch is up there) but they really want to ignite that.
