HR Change Advisor

We’re looking for a confident and capable HR Advisor with experience of change to support one of our distribution clients as they relocate operations to a new site. You’ll be coming in to support the final stages of the closure of the existing site and all associated employee activity including supporting those that are relocating and those going through redundancy.
Having gone through the bulk of the consultation process already, our client is looking for someone to come in and manage the home straight – final consultations, coordination of redundancy payments and employee communications, as well as supporting with outplacement services and relocation for those affected.
What do we need to see on your CV?
We’re looking for someone with experience of supporting on similar projects in the past, a confident communicator and excellent time management skills. Ability to be on site 3 days a week is required for this post.
