If you've had a couple of years working within a HR admin role, made a solid foundation into your understanding and practice of HR processes and want to look at taking the next step then we absolutely should have a conversation.
We're currently working with a business that are stable and highly supportive in everything they do, if you've got a solid understanding of HR admin then you'll get along really well with the core of this position, you'll be tasked with talking over the management of day tp day HR administration tasks, processing starters and leavers, salary reviews, succession planning, contract drafting etc, but you'll also be getting involved with ER practices, L&D and elements of strategic recruitment practices.
As i touched upon earlier the business takes a lot of pride in how they develop and nurture their staff, this role has only become available due to an internal promotion. Ultimately, we're looking for a motivated and passionate HR professional who can appraoch each task in a positive and enthusiastic manner. The role offers some fantastic benefits and up to £25,000.
