As the title suggests, I’m currently recruiting for a Part Time HR Manager right here in Milton Keynes. Now, most job adverts will say that the role is working for a ‘market leading business’ but I honestly mean this when I say that this is the largest and most successful independently owned business in this particular industry, decisions are made quickly and efficiently, with ideas being communicated consistently and openly. They are a fantastic global business, with a strong UK presence you will be tasked with the delivery of the HR strategy in-line with the overarching business strategy.
You will be granted autonomy within the UK business to manage the UK HR function, that being said you will have full support from the EMEA HR Director, having weekly calls to discuss the strategy and project progress. This is a true generalist position, providing an expert insight to policies and processes throughout the business, working to keep on top of Reward, L&D, Recruitment and ER. They’re looking for individuals who can demonstrate their resilience, ownership and drive whilst being approachable and credible to everyone throughout the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come onboard and shape the future of a HR department. Ideally they are looking for someone to complete 25 hours per week across 5 days and at the same time renumerating £25,000 per annum (pro-rata’d rate).
