We’re currently working with a wonderful organisation with a huge community focus. Joining this energetic and supportive team as a HR Officer you’ll be delivering a comprehensive HR service, ensuring managers are given support, advice and guidance on HR best practice.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting in the delivery of all operational HR across the site
  • Coaching and supporting managers on sickness absence management
  • Support with HR data changes
  • Minute taking in HR meetings
  • End to End HR Administration
  • Updating the HR system

What you’ll be:

  • Ideally minimum of Level 3 CIPD qualified
  • Generalist HR expertise with strong  HR administration experience
  • Ability to evidence experience of sickness management caseload
  • Approachable and supportive approach, experience of supporting managers
  • Ability to work under own initiative, together with a willingness to be flexible
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and autonomous environment
  • Need to be able to travel to other sites on a regular basis
