A wonderful opportunity has arisen to be a part of a large HR team in a recognised Nottinghamshire brand as a HR Shared Services Manager. Joining this organisation in a period of change, you’ll have sole responsibility for providing a comprehensive workforce and MI analysis service to the HR team and wider organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring all HR lifecycle processes and first line HR support are delivered effectively and in line with KPI’s
  • Managing and coaching a diverse team
  • Monitor the day to day work flow to ensure a consistently high service to all colleagues
  • Tracking and monitoring service levels and progress of cases
  • Report on status and outcomes and producing qualitative and quantitative MI to enable evidence-based decisions on process and service level improvements
  • Ensure effective auditable provisions are in place and actively managed for all processes
  • Building a strong relationship with stakeholders and leaders across the business

What you’ll be:

  • A proven leader, with the ability to motivate and continue to develop a newly-formed HR team
  • You’ll be familiar with multiple areas of HR operational methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful, clear and simple information
