You’ll be leading on HR analytics, system optimisation, reporting and working with a range of senior stakeholders including the c-suite forecasting on People data which will influence the direction of travel in the business.
Hopefully I have stressed how crucial this role is and ergo the significant part you have to play in the success of the organisation. So how do you know you’ve got the minerals for the role. Well, the aforementioned behaviours are the non-negotiable to the role. Technically we’d love you to have led on iTrent systems implementation but if it’s knowledge of other HR and payroll systems that’s cool. Process improvement driven by data analytics is a given and “nice to have” here are SQL and Business Objects.
