With the increasing need to be agile and make business decisions at pace, HR Systems and the critical business information about its people is crucial. Whilst having the benefit of being a heritage business this organisation is not underestimating the need for HR & Payroll systems which enables users to navigate it with ease.
This role will require a HR Systems subject matter expert to identify, implement and train on the best fitting system across the business. Streamlining processes across systems currently used by the group will be a key deliverable. As will management of the relationship with the various service providers. Monthly reporting, data management and providing key business information will be your bread and butter.
Having the confidence, communication and appetite for investing in relationships with key stakeholders across HR, BI and the divisions is where this role crosses the divide of systems or people facing, it’s definitely both.
You’ll know you’ve got the right credits in the bank for this role if you are passionate about HR Systems and their benefit to business. You’ll have worked in a HR IS environment already and can demonstrate where you’ve worked with a business to coach, develop and implement. Ideally in a global matrix organisation although appreciate that might be a big ask. Lastly but most importantly you will be able to face into the business across a range of stakeholders and communicate with affability and fervour.
