Interim Assistant Accountant | Nottingham | 3 Month Contract | £11 to £14 per hour

Are you immediately available to start a new role? 

This is an initial 3 month interim assignment to support with an increased workload in the finance team following a period of transition for the business. You will need to be hands-on and willing to be involved with all aspects of finance, but your role will predominantly focus on supporting within financial accounting.

The business are currently working from home but do have plans to return to the office so you must be in a position to commute to Nottingham for the latter part of the temporary assignment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Support with the month-end process for multiple business units that form part of the group structure
• Accruals, prepayments, journal postings
• Balance sheet reconciliations 
• Support with transactional finance (AP / AR processing and credit control)

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Available to start a new role 
• Willing to be hands-on across all aspects of finance
