We are working closely with a collaborative, fast paced and rapidly growing organisation to recruit an experienced Head of HR on 7 month fixed term contract, with hybrid/remote working.
This role will require the successful candidate to be experienced in 'hitting the ground running' with contract roles, leading and managing a small HR team, leading on strategic HR and Transformation projects and advising the Board.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a B2C background and of working with small to medium sized businesses, supporting them and leading them on organisational change.
You will need to be both hands on in supporting your team with more complex HR work but also be able to influence and advise at a senior level with credibility on more strategic HR issues and projects.
This role is a fixed term contract paying c. £75k - £95k per annum FTE depending on experience.
