Exceptional Internal Recruiter’s required on a 6 month + FTC to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a hugely growing organisation in Leicester.
This role is incredibly fast paced, so you’ll be a dab hand at identifying talent, forward planning, advertising, and taking accurate briefs from internal stakeholders and managing volume campaigns.
· You will not be phased when working at pace and will pride yourself on your prioritisation and organisational skills, always ready to pick up the phone when called upon.
· You will need to hit the ground running and will demonstrate a strong background in recruitment either Internal or Agency.
· You will also be passionate about what the organisation does and continue to attract and add existing talent to the business.
