IT Field Support Engineer (East Midlands)

Working for a professional services business, you will be in a brand new IT Field Support Engineer role covering the East Midlands. You will be covering their sites in Leicester, Derby, Nottingham and Birmingham, working remotely on a Friday.
The main focus of the role will be to provide 2nd/3rd line support across multiple sites, focusing on face-to-face support with the users' deskside. You’ll also be involved in infrastructure and meeting room support to resolve technical issues that cannot be fixed remotely. As part of the day-to-day, you’ll be taking delivery of new starter kit, undertaking office checks and floor walking, dealing with the servers on site and taking a lead in office moves.
