Joining this progressive, agile organisation as a Senior L&D Consultant, you’ll be joining the EMEA HR team on a 12-month FTC.  You’ll be interacting with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and be responsible for leading the L&D strategy for the EMEA region.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring the design and delivery of all learning interventions across the region supports the strategic needs of the business.

You’ll be fluent in English and either Spanish or German as you’ll be responsible for managing the core learning curriculum in these markets, overseeing programme design and implementation and managing the budgets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering with senior leadership teams across multiple countries on team development and effectiveness to improve overall performance
  • Leading the development of a wide range of blended solutions to develop performance
  • Ensuring new solutions represent the most effective mix of L&D methodologies whilst supporting the organisations 70:20:10 learning philosophy
  • Providing support to the Global Talent team by contributing to Global learning projects
  • Selecting and managing external providers to support the development of L&D programmes
  • Assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, external partners to ensure consistently high levels of design, delivery and ROI
  • Managing the internal communication of L&D programmes to build employee engagement, understanding, take up and reputation of these programmes
  • Encourages a culture of personal development ownership

What you’ll be:

  • An English, German or Spanish speaker would be ideal, or a combination of those languages
  • A deep expertise in shaping L&D strategies and implementing in year plans
  • Ability to develop blended learning solutions across a complex multi-country region
  • Evaluating the impact of learning programmes on individual capability and business performance
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders across a complex multi-county region
  • Proven coaching and mentoring experience at a hierarchy of levels
