Joining this progressive, agile organisation as a Senior L&D Consultant, you’ll be joining the EMEA HR team on a 12-month FTC. You’ll be interacting with senior stakeholders across multiple markets and be responsible for leading the L&D strategy for the EMEA region. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the design and delivery of all learning interventions across the region supports the strategic needs of the business.
You’ll be fluent in English and either Spanish or German as you’ll be responsible for managing the core learning curriculum in these markets, overseeing programme design and implementation and managing the budgets.
