OVERVIEW

Are you an L&D professional looking for a new role? We are currently recruiting this role on a temporary and permanent basis.

The Learning & Knowledge Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of knowledge and learning activities and resources across the business.

THE ROLE

  • Arrange L&D activities
  • Maintaining the L&D calendar for individual training and coaching sessions and for the wider
  • L&D programmes
  • Preparing training session communications
  • Collecting training session evaluations to support post-training follow ups
  • Co-ordinate 360° feedback programmes
  • Co-ordinate induction and on-boarding resources and activities
  • Support the delivery of induction days
  • Produce reports required by the wider HR team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an L&D role/environment
  • Advanced IT skills and competency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge and/or experience of using database systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
