What they need from you is a fine balance of behavioural development experience, whether it be Myers Briggs, Lumina, Insights they’ll want to see your psychometric prowess and not just it’s delivery but how it can be applied to increase personal effectiveness. Regularly you will be delivering one of 12 core workshops so that ability to deliver to people remotely is critical. So a well rounded trainer with ambition who is confident with gravitas and credibility to a room of high intellect delegates is the benchmark.
