This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing/Campaign Project Coordinator to join an organisation who are making a huge contribution within the healthcare sector during these challenging times. This is a temporary position running through to the end of March 2021 and potentially beyond but there is certainly enough time for you to make huge positive impact.
From day one you will be an integral part of the Marketing team who have a crucial part to play and are truly valued which is great to see. It will be your responsibility to scope and develop projects, utilising the existing Trello function in order to maximise campaign management and reporting across the wider team.
Crucially, you will be responsible for providing visibility of multiple corporate and customer campaigns and reporting and action/message mapping for the next 12 -18 months. You will play an important role as the organisation is currently embedding a newly positioned customer centric drive across the organisation.
There will be lots of variety within this contract and you will be helping to scope and develop capability and automated administration within Trello and MS Teams and looking to design and map existing data sources, marketing plans, KPIs, Corporate Communications activity and the alignment of 5 corporate campaign themes.
It is important that you have a high level of expertise with Trello and Wordpress and possess confident project management and problem solving skills. Digital communications experience will also be crucial (both written and analytics) because you will need to use digital reporting to inform decision making and be able to analyse, assess and improve processes and communicate effectively to teams and functions.
