This is an opportunity to join a high-performing global Marketing and Communications team within a business with a mission to help people to live healthier and happier lives. You will support the Marketing Manager to create and deliver B2C marketing plans and product launches and to provide tools and materials to help the sales team increase sales and drive profitability.
This business is adopting a hybrid working model which will involve a mixture of being on site at the HQ in Corby as well as remote working, this will flex depending on business/project needs but is currently 2 to 3 days on site per week.
Joining an Employee-Owned company you will receive some pretty awesome staff benefits. This will include financial rewards on top of your basic salary such as a 'Business Performance Award' equivalent to 20% of salary and an 'Annual Profit Share' with potential of up to 25% of salary, plus 10% Employer Pension Contribution.
As Marketing Coordinator you will be supporting the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans for their 'owned markets' which includes the creation and publication of advertising and marketing materials in the UK and you will also have the support of agencies and translators to help deliver the global marketing plans/campaigns.
This opportunity will give you international exposure as you work closely with Country Managers to ensure each countries websites, social media channels, marketing materials and local press materials are up-to-date and campaigns go-live on time and within budget.
Your typical day to day duties will include duties such as proofreading relevant material, including product launch assets and working with the Brand team to ensure a global brand approach and campaigns are adapted to specific markets. You will create copy and content for adverts, working in conjunction with other members of the Marketing teams and write effective briefs for the internal design team and external agencies. You may also find yourself as part of the crew at their brilliant conventions and events from time to time which may involve some European/International travel.
This opportunity would be great for someone with previous generalist marketing experience (website, events, product, social) that you will have gained either from an in-house team or with an agency, with an understanding of how to write a great brief and the ability to coordinate a proposal process as well as experience of writing copy for marketing materials.
