Are you an experienced B2B Marketing Manager with a background in Professional Services? Then this could be a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your 2021!

You will be responsible for delivering the UK marketing strategy for two distinct go-to-market brands for a business which has been a huge success story in Nottingham and continues to grow.

Owning the budget and defining the marketing mix will allow you to achieve ambitious growth objectives and

you will work on a variety of campaigns however there will be definite steer towards digital marketing with PPC, SEO, social media, content and email marketing all crucial to the success of this role.

You will operate in a player-manager approach with two direct reports and be capable of developing the strategy, but not afraid to roll your sleeves up and execute programmes of work.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting quality lead generation targets for the UK (existing and new customers) via multichannel campaigns (some will be centrally derived and managed, others will be specific to the UK)
  • Campaign reporting and analysis
  • Managing the monthly spend against budget
  • Developing UK market knowledge about how the products solve problems for customers
  • Liaison with the UK Sales team, reporting on campaign performance and identifying and finding
  • solutions to challenges
  • Regular 1-2-1s with your team
  • Collaborative work with other Marketing Managers across the globe to share ideas and success stories

Success in this role will be measured by the generation of quality leads and new customer acquisition from centrally led campaigns or campaigns exclusive to the specific territories. You will also see an uplift in “Growth leads” generated for existing customers (either as a result of up-sales or cross-sales).

The successful candidate will have a proven track record at Marketing Manager level in a similar role with a wide knowledge of marketing tactics, particularly in digital marketing including PPC, SEO, social media, content and email marketing. A target-driven marketing approach will be crucial along with a keenness to work with data to drive ever-improving performance.

Knowledge of search engine marketing and funnel optimisation, and the importance of aligning collateral with different stages of the buyer journey will be important. Experience executing product launches, with knowledge of how to plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of campaigns to win new customers and cross-sell to existing customers will also be crucial to the success of this position.

This role will be temporarily remote due to social distancing however ideally you will be office based in Nottingham in the future.
