This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join an organisation which truly makes a difference to the Healthcare Sector and helps to drive efficiencies for our wonderful NHS. This is a 12 month fixed term contract paying up to £40k + 5k completion bonus.

This is a Midlands based company however this organisation has successfully embraced a remote operating model so you will be able to work from home with occasional travel for team and client meetings. The team meet regularly virtually and monthly in person where possible to plan and review marketing activity across the Group.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the Group account-based marketing strategy. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you will build, drive and execute tailored tactical plans and strategy, generating leads and meetings.

Your key responsibilities will include c reating and delivering the Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, with the primary objective of generating leads and meetings for the supporting commercial teams. You will p rioritise the approach based on regional and organisational maturity metrics and other key indicators gathered from across the business.

Success in this role will be geared around the execution of tailored tactical plans and responsive marketing actions and campaigns relevant to individual organisations. You will align the cross-business approach to ensure a consistent and seamless approach to communications is implemented and that findings and engagements are logged.

You will also work closely with commercial teams and senior stakeholders to turn intelligence gathered into rich content and to identify new audiences, generating actionable insights and personas and improve accuracy and engagement with existing data sets.

To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrable experience creating and executing ABM campaigns that generated significant results within a B2B context. Marketing experience within an NHS environment or having knowledge of the NHS structure would be highly desirable but not essential. You will be experienced in CRM and possess strong copywriting, proofreading and content creation skills. Creative and conceptual skills will be required aswell as someone who is proactive with strong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
