Job description

Are you looking for your first step into merchandising? We are looking for a merchandise administrator to join our merchandising team. In this exciting role you will play a key role in supporting the merchandising team to ensure we provide our customers with the best experience throughout their journey with us. 

As a merchandising administrator you will play a part in ensuring the customers have the best experience in store.

Purpose of the role

The Merchandising administrative assistant supports the merchandising function with daily administrative tasks.

Activities to include:

  • Running reports and distributing to the team
  • Purchase order creation
  • Inventory delivery date maintenance
  • Monitoring auto replenishment levels as well as other ad-hoc tasks and reports. 

Personal Attributes

  • Previous experience within an administrative role
  • The candidate should be numerate
  • Good excel skills
  • Ideally have experience using SAP
  • Integrity

  • Good communication skills
