You will be working for a busines that is looking to grow their digital footprint 10-fold. You will already be working for a company that when I tell you who they are you will probably say “oh year I know them, see them on the tele all the time”. A lot of the work is done via their digital agency at the minute. HOWEVER, they are looking to bring 80% of the work in house. The budgets you will be working with are between £400 – £600 thousand monthly.
You will be very much a doer, getting stuck into the accounts and doing the groundwork. You will work closely with the Digital Search Manager, who has already started the journey on the company’s digital growth. You will both work together to ensure the agency are meeting digital KPI’s but also putting the groundwork in to grow the team.
By this time next year, the team will grow from 4 to probably around 10 heads. This is a big-time role, but at the same time they aren’t expecting the world from you. If you have 1 maybe 2 years’ experience focusing mainly on PPC then you’re in for a winner here. If you’re agency side that’s a plus, if you have A/B testing that is a plus as this will be a major focus for the business. FINALLY, on the pluses…if you have experience with Google Shopping, that will be a plus.
This role can be pretty much semi-remote. You’ll be expected to drop into the office maybe once or twice a week.
This is a great opportunity for you to join an already well-known business on their journey to be the best digitally in their sector. They will be tearing out their current office and are currently going through a refurb as well.
I don’t know what the new office is going to look like. I can tell you one thing; it will be class.
