You’ll be working for a well-established business who are revamping their ecommerce offering to customers.

The role

  • Owns and defines product vision & roadmap in line with trading growth opportunities and CX goals. 
  • Provides vision and direction to the agile dev team and stakeholders throughout the project, creating detailed requirements for themes, epics and user stories
  • Plans and prioritises product feature backlog and development
  • Responsible for business case creation and development; assesses value and prioritises stories, epics and themes, to maximise value.
  • Translates customer need into product requirement - writes user stories – customer/consumer/visitor or business systems user
  • Validates build proposals with CX manager to ensure build is of appropriate value.
  • Lead the thinking for the scrum and development teams, and the planning of product release plans.
  • Delivers clear instructions to developers, refining the detail.
  • Evaluates product development progress
  • Feeds into and keeps abreast of strategy evolution, ensuring continued relevance at all times.

You

  • 3-5 years as Digital Product Owner, familiar with agile methodologies
  • Worked across both digital products and services
  • Retail/Healthcare sector experience
  • Strong attention to detail & highly organised.
  • Exceptional communication skills – straddling business and dev teams needs in a period of significant change for the business.
