This is to work for a well-established brand over the next 3 months to support in their finance function
It’s a busy transitional time for this organisation so they’re looking for some extra support within their accounts payable department.
The offices have now started to open but with social distancing the role will be a mix between home and office working.
About you –
- The main aspects of this role will involve you dealing with email queries from suppliers and internal departments ensuring the smooth a quick turnaround.
- Processing AP invoices
- Building relationships will also play a key part in performing this role successfully as well and ensure timely resolutions of queries relating to invoices
Skills needed –
- Finance admin experience is essential in purchase ledger and a similar ledger position
- Experience working in a larger organisation/shared service would be highly desirable
- SAP experience would be highly beneficial
